Super-friendly and extremely polite staff, incredible location near to the Seven eleven shop and JR Shinjuku station, convenient shop, takashimaya, isetan, 0l0l, lumine, drug stores and many restaurants. Flexible check-in, convenient check-out.

I really enjoyed the hotel! It was fairly clean and SPECIAL place, functional rooms. Incredible location near subway was a plus. It was close to Sagohachi, where you can have lunch.

The units were decent size with comfortable bed. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a washing machine are a nice touch. The location is magnificent and absolutely perfect and walking distance to a train station.
The room is very small.

Enjoyed my really great stay on vacation. The rooms were cheap and fairly quiet as for me, with private bathroom. And the facilities were particularly good. This hotel was set in a very central area so close to bus express to the airport, the Takashimaya and the Lung of Shinjuku and train.

The hotel is clean, nestled in the nice building with very nice and really kindstaff. The room is well priced. There is an electric kettle, a fridge, and a washing machine. All in all they offer good service. It offers self check-in. This is a property go-to for Tokyo!

Great location near the station and convenience stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in and providing assistance with luggage. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and had plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The lack of a social area for solo travelers to meet was a drawback. It would have been nice to have a designated space, or at least a tea and coffee station, for guests to mingle.
